VFW CALABASH POST #7288 AUXILIARY INVITES PUBLIC TO A Spring Craft Fair ON SATURDAY April 29

The VFW Calabash Post #7288 Auxiliary will open their doors to the public for a "Spring has Sprung” Spring Craft fair on Saturday, April 29, 2023. The Calabash VFW Post is located at 900 Carter Dr., Calabash, NC 28467.  Doors are open from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm. The fair is scheduled rain or shine. Admission is FREE.

The Craft Fair  offers the homemade crafts and gifts from local artists and crafters. This is your chance to buy  Artisan pottery, sewing crafts, homemade jams, wine cork crafts, wreaths, and much more, all in a single Venue! 

The Kitchen will be open offering coffee, donuts, homemade baked goods and snacks for sale. At lunch time the grill will be open serving burgers, hot dogs, chicken strips, crispy fries and onion rings to satisfy your appetite 

All proceeds will go to Valor Farm in Altavista,Va. home of the National Center for Healthy Veterans (NCHV).
This organization helps Vets transition to civilian life and get back on their feet. They focus on Homeless vets, vets with financial challenges and vets suffering from PTSD, teaching them how to rebuild their lives, gain new skills and assimilate as productive, healthy members of their community while achieving a standard and quality of life veterans deserve.

This is a great opportunity to decorate for spring with unique, hand-made, memorable crafts AND to support a worthy cause. 

The VFW Calabash Post #7288 welcomes all eligible Veterans of Foreign Wars to join them They have an active social calendar and serve the community through many volunteer programs. Stop by the post for more information.
